Welcome to HIPPO POKER CLUB, a community for poker enthusiasts in Bangkok, Thailand. To ensure a fair, enjoyable, and respectful gaming environment, we have established the following rules and guidelines:
1. Respect & Sportsmanship
Treat all players, staff, and members with respect.
No verbal abuse, threats, or inappropriate behavior.
Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Fair Play & Integrity
Cheating, collusion, and any form of dishonest play are strictly prohibited.
Do not discuss ongoing hands when not involved.
Avoid slow rolling and intentional delays.
3. Game Etiquette
Act in turn and avoid unnecessary delays.
Keep your cards and chips visible at all times.
Use clear and understandable verbal declarations when making bets, raises, or folds.
4. Buy-ins & Payouts
Players must buy in for the minimum required amount before joining a game.
Payouts will be handled according to the game format and tournament rules.
Management reserves the right to set and adjust buy-in limits.
5. Club Conduct & Environment
No excessive drinking or disruptive behavior.
Smoking is prohibited in the playing area.
Keep mobile phone usage to a minimum during hands.
6. Decisions & Rule Enforcement
The club’s management has the final say in all disputes.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in warnings, penalties, or expulsion from the club.
